ABOUT ME

I am a fully qualified teacher and have nearly 20 years of experience teaching students from Year 7 to 13.

I have a Batchelor's Degree in Physics as well as a Masters in Teaching; all from the University of Warwick.  I have worked in a number of schools and have been Head of Physics, Head of Science and a Senior Assistant Head Teacher.  I have also previously taught undergraduates at the University of Warwick.  My family have recently relocated to the east of York area where, whilst still teaching, I train teachers with STEM Learning and the Ogden Trust.  

I have always believed that successful students are the confident students.  I can offer support and challenge to help motivate and engage your child so that they reach their potential.

Whether you are interested in 1-to-1 tuition or small group sessions, I am able to offer tailored tuition to meet the needs of your child.

In addition to Face-to-face teaching, I also specialise in Online Tutoring - something that works suprisingly well and students continually tell me that they actually prefer it!
